Data that may be recorded

Depending on each gym's configuration and use, the platform may store identification and contact details, member information, memberships, payments, sessions, attendance, workout plans and training-related notes.

A gym may also record relevant health information, such as allergies or medical conditions, only when the member has provided the appropriate authorization.

Purpose of processing

Data is used to manage the relationship between a gym and its members: managing members, memberships, payments, access, sessions, workout plans, statistics and training support.

The role of each gym

Each gym using Ravent is responsible for informing its members about the data it records, obtaining the necessary authorizations and limiting access to information to personnel who need it.

Health data in particular must be treated as sensitive information. The gym should avoid recording unnecessary information and use it only to support the member.

Access and retention

Access to data must be limited to users authorized by each gym. Data is retained while the member remains active at the gym or for as long as it is needed for the management described by that gym.

Withdrawal and deletion

If a member wants to withdraw authorization or request deletion of their data, they should contact the gym where they registered. The gym manages the member's removal from Ravent and deletes their data from the platform.

Ravent may update this policy when platform features or the way data is handled changes. The current version will always be available at this URL.
